    We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us grow our membership and community connections. We are one of America's best chambers (2015 ACCE Chamber of the Year). 

    POSITION: Membership Director
    REPORTS TO: President & CEO

    Summary: Under minimal supervision, position is responsible for growing membership through membership sales to non-member businesses by communicating the benefits and value of the chamber. Prospect quality members that will renew with the chamber and that diversify our membership base. Provide detailed information on various chamber programs and orient the member to their benefits and the chamber's marketing/advertising vehicles. Also responsible for business sponsorship sales for certain key membership events and other non-dues revenue. Responsible for strengthening relationships with current members, cultivating relationships with new members and increasing membership retention. Expectation is that 25 hours per week is spent on new member recruitment/sponsorships and 15 hours week is spent on current member retention.
